Texture Reflection

1. Which picture is the best shot of this assignment? Why

The third picture of the leaves stuck in a spider web is my best shot because I was able to edit a little bit of extra detail into it.

2. Which picture is the weakest shot of this assignment?  Why?

The first picture of the railing is my weakest shot because the lighting was messed up but the texture shown was very detailed and sharp which is why i chose it as one of my best three.

3. How can the weakest image be improved on in future shoots?

The weakest image can be improved by checking the lighting and making it work better with more shots.

4. Did you use Photoshop, Lightroom, or both?  What tools in the programs did you use to edit the pictures?

I used the sharpen and the level tools in Photoshop for every picture in this assignment.

5. Explain how were you able to meet the objectives (GOALS) of the assignment?

I used the correct lighting and to extenuate the textures in a picture.

6. What was easy about this assignment? Why?

The easiest part about this project was taking pictures, there are millions of textures in the world around us it was easy to go out and take pictures of them.

7. What was difficult about this assignment? Why?

The hardest part of this assignment was editing the pictures the way I wanted them to look without knowing all the features of Photoshop.

8. If you could do this assignment again, what would you do differently?

I would focus less on how many pictures and more on the lighting in the pictures to make sure that the lighting is building my picture up not breaking it down.

9. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being your best effort) how would you rate your effort in this project?  Why would you give yourself that rating?

I would rate myself with a 10 because i tried hard in all aspects of the project from taking pictures through editing them and posting them.
